Updated Club Rules (pick up a copy in the Main Office) :

1. All posters and fliers the club wish to place in campus must first be approved by ASB. Please Submit the documents in question to the ASB mailbox, in the main office. They will be returned after approval.

2. As of June 2007 any club desiring funds must obtain them through a source other than ASB.

3.All fundriasers a club plans to hold must be approved by ASB before it to takes place. Forms for fundraisers are avialable in the main office and are to be put in the ASB mailbox. Clubs will be notified once a decision has been made. Exp Fundraisers: bake sales, boutique sales, pizza sales, wristband sales, etc...

4. All drives must be approved by ASB before it takes place. Forms drivers are available in the main officeand are to be put in the ASB mailbox.Clubs will be notified once a decision has been made. Exp Drivers: Toys-for-Tots, Operation Smile Dollar Drive, Canned food Drives, Operation Iraqi Children drives, etc...

5. All events must be approved by ASB before it is to take place. Forms for events are available in the main office and are to be put in the ASB mailbox. Clubs will recieve notice once a decision has been made. Exp events Operation Smile Gala, performance exhibitions, guestt speakers lunchtime activities, etc...
