Sarah's First Message from Kenya

Hi everybody.  I am sitting in a "cyber cafe" in Nairobi with Lindsay Cigler and Danielle Lockwood. We only arrived at the hotel about an hour ago after about 35 hours of travel.  Lindsay and Danielle are staying here in Nairobi and will go to their hospital tomorrow.  I will travel on in the morning with two girls (Donna and Merris) for an 8 hour bus ride to Kisumu, Kenya.  So far we have not seen much as it was dark when we arrived, but if the hospitality at the hotel is any indication of the people of this country, it is going to be an amazing trip.  We ate a quick dinner, which was delicious (sort of seemed Indian to me) and now we have to hurry to bed as we will be ready to leave at 7:15am.  The adventure has begun and more will follow, but just wanted to let you know that we are safe and ready to begin the mission.  Hope all is well at home. --Sarah
