Middle School Mixed Chorus

The Middle School Mixed Chorus is comprised of 6^th-8^th graders. Reinforcing good tone and musicianship, this beginning choir recently participated in a California State Choral Music competition and received first place superior ratings. The chorus was honored with the overall best choir award.

Middle School Women’s Choir  

The Middle School Women’s Choir is made up primarily of 7^th-8^th graders. They are a select group made up of approximately 16 girls. Students in this choir receive training primarily in a cappella repertoire. The chorus recently received honors at a Choral festival placing first in their division with superior ratings.

High School Concert Choir

The High School Concert Choir is a non auditioned group made up of 9^th -12^th graders. Touring is an integral part in the choral curriculum. In the past three years, this group has performed in London, in Paris at the Notre Dame Cathedral, Rome in the Vatican and in New York City at Carnegie Hall. The chorus was awarded with first place superior rating at a recent vocal festival.

Chamber Singers

The Malibu High School Chamber Singers is composed of advanced vocal students from grades 9 -12. The group performs for prestigious events in Southern California and recently participated in an MTV recording session. The choir participated this spring in a California State Choral Music competition and received first place with superior ratings. The Chamber Singers were honored with the overall best choir award.
