Repeating Courses

Students are allowed to repeat courses to raise their grade; counselor approval is required.  When a course is repeated both grade appear on the official transcript.  Both grades are used to compute the grade point average. NOTE: Credit is awarded for the course only once.

Four-year colleges recommend that any grade of “D” at semester in a core course should be REPEATED.  D’s in core courses count as a subject omission by most universities and may affect admission.
